3. To Enter:
There are two (2) ways to enter during the Promotion Period:
To Enter with a Foursquare and Twitter Account: To enter via mobile, an entrant must be a registered member of Foursquare and Twitter. If an entrant is not a registered member of Foursquare and Twitter, the entrant must visit http://foursquare.com and http://twitter.com to register for free and download the free smart phone applications. Registration for and use of the Foursquare and Twitter systems are subject to Foursquare’s and Twitter’s terms and conditions and AIA National has no responsibility with respect to such registration or use.
Once a member, entrant must follow AIA National’s Foursquare page by visiting http://foursquare.com/aianational and clicking on “Follow Now.” The entrant can then begin checking in to the predetermined venues as displayed on the AIA National Foursquare page. During the promotion period, users who check into a venue listed on AIA National’s Foursquare page and share their check in with their friends on Twitter by including the hashtag #archweek12 in their shout-out on Twitter will receive one entry into the sweepstakes. In order to check in, an entrant must be in or immediately adjacent to the AIA National’s venue’s perimeter and use his/her wireless mobile device to access Foursquare and Twitter. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a mobile entrant, the authorized account holder of the Foursquare account will be deemed to be the entrant. Submitting mass check-ins or entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Users may also check in to other venues not specified on the AIA National Foursquare page and include the hashtag #archweek12 in their check in, share it with friends on Twitter, and still be eligible for the sweepstakes drawing.
