Hours of Operation
The AIA Gallery is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, except for Federal Holidays. Please be advised, the AIA Gallery space also functions as an event rental space. AIA reserves the right to close the public hours of operation at anytime for a private event rental.

AIA Boardroom
The AIA Boardroom features state-of-the-art technology with built in video conferencing capabilities. This beautifully appointed, naturally lit space can accomodate up to 54 meeting attendees in two permanent concentric circles. Additional theater seating can be added to accomodate up to a maximum capacity of 150 guests.
Frank Lloyd Wright Meeting Room
Seats up to 24 attendees in a hollow oval; space permits for an additional 10 chairs along the perimeter. This meeting room includes a built in LCD projector as well as natural lighting.
Louise Bethune Meeting Room
Seats 20 attendees conference style; space permits for an additional 10 chairs along the perimeter. This meeting room includes built in video conferencing capabilities.

AIA Gallery
The AIA Gallery is 2400 square feet of flexible space, which includes floor to ceiling windows over looking the Outdoor Courtyard. Flexible seating arrangements can accommodate upto 210 people in a theater style, 160 people in banquet rounds or 80 people in a classroom.
Outdoor Courtyard
The Outdoor Courtyard overlooks the historic Octagon House and can accomodate up to 350 guests for a standing reception.
