2011 AIA Diversity Recognition Program
The Diversity Recognition program recognizes architects, component chapters, and others who are actively committed to increasing diversity and inclusion within the architecture profession.
“The DRP celebrates the best practices by AIA members, components, schools and firms to diversify the architectural profession,” writes 2011 juror Clarence Kwan, AIA, who was instrumental in the development of the Diversity Recognition Program while a member of the former AIA Diversity Committee. “It showcases how different folks design the processes that meet their needs. Hopefully others can learn from these examples and implement their own plans.”
