About The AIAStrategic Plan

Several State and Local Components have completed the Weave exercise to create strategic and operational plans. Early adopters of the Weave process have shared their final products below.  This page also links to Highlights that explain how a component followed the process to complete their Weave.  Others may want to follow best practices to help them complete their own Weave.  Also each Highlight includes contact information for those leaders who are willing to share their experience of the process.  Component leaders can refer to highlights for contact information, National Regional Directors and AIA National Staff, Markku Allison, AIA, and Suzanna Wight Kelley, AIA,  for more guidance and support.
