AIA Grassroots Advocacy: How to Get Involved

There’s an old saying that most politicians don’t see the light until they feel the heat.

Here’s how architects can shed some light. And turn up the heat.

Advocating issues important to architects is easy and quick. All it takes is four things:

1. Complete the simple three-minute questionnaire. Click here to fill out the three-minute questionnaire.

2. Send a small personal check to the AIA’s PAC. Click here to visit the ArchiPAC page.

3. Contact your legislators when a hot issue comes up. Click here to visit our legislative alert center.

4. Stay on top of current issues by subscribing to The Angle, the AIA’s informative government-affairs newsletter. (It’s FREE for members!) Click here to subscribe to The Angle.
