National Small Business Week Starts Today

By Jessica Salmoiraghi, Director, Federal Relations

The Small Business Administration (SBA) kicks off the 50th National Small Business Week in Seattle today, June 17th.  The SBA is taking the opportunity to highlight the impact of small businesses throughout the nation this week.  This is a great opportunity to see what resources the SBA can provide to your small business.

Live, in-person events are being held today in Seattle, tomorrow in Dallas, on June 19th in St. Louis, June 20th in Pittsburg and June 21st in Washington D.C. The events will cover many facets of running a small business from exporting to potential legal issues to crowdsourcing to government contracting issues.  Sign-up is required, so go to the website to sign up for in-person attendance, or Google + chats.  Events will be live-streamed at http://www.sba.gov/nsbw/ if you cannot make one of the sessions.
