Webinar on AIA’s Qatar Trade Mission Set for August 20

By Derek Washam, Manager, Federal & International Programs

Curious as to whether the November Architecture Services Trade Mission to Qatar is right for you? Join us in a webinar hosted by the U.S. Commercial Service on August 20 at 12pm Eastern. This webinar will provide you with information on what to expect on the mission, market outlook for Qatar and Saudi Arabia, and local business practices.

Qatar is rapidly growing as it aims to diversify its economy, leading to a number of exciting projects in healthcare architecture, transportation infrastructure, master-planning, educational facilities, sport venues, and more. The Architecture Services Trade Mission to Qatar from November 17-19 will be the first AIA trade mission to Qatar, and will offer matchmaking sessions, meetings with industry and government officials, economic and political briefings, and site visits. There is also an option for a pre-mission stop in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for an additional fee. Applications are due September 15, so don’t delay your submission! More information can be found on our website.
