Join the Grassroots Conversation!
By Amanda Stratton, Manager, Grassroots & Advocacy Outreach
The 2013 Grassroots Conference is almost here, and we want to make sure you know that you can connect with AIA Advocacy throughout the Conference with social media! We want you to participate with you thoughts, reactions, and photos, and we have a number of ways for you to do so:
• Post on the AIA Advocacy Facebook page
• Upload your conference photos to the AIA Advocacy Flickr group
• Follow the latest conference updates through the AIA Advocacy Twitter and add your own thoughts by tweeting with #aiagr13.
Don’t hesitate to use these channels to contact us with questions!
It is also now easier for you to access the information you need while you are on the Hill with the AIA Advocacy Grassroots 2013 app! No more hauling paper copies of the talking points and map - simply download Yappbox for FREE from your device’s download center to access this information on the go. You can add the AIA Advocacy app with the code ADVO365. The app has the final talking points, the Capitol Hill map, links to find your members of Congress, the Grassroots schedule, and a feed for you to follow the conference happenings.
All of this information and more is also available in the Grassroots Conference section of the new Advocacy365 page. Stay tuned to the page and our social media accounts to get the latest Grassroots updates during the Conference!
