“Leveraging Your Resources” Conference Early Registration Now Open
The AIA Project Management Knowledge Community invites you to get the tools you need now to improve your practice by joining their “Leveraging Your Resources: Doing More With Less” conference in Chicago, October 15–17. This conference will give you tangible, practical resources and take-home tools that will enable you to expand your influence and better manage your practice in this challenging economy. Provocative presentations, hands-on workshops, relevant case studies, and focused break-out discussions will bring you a wide range of perspectives—as well as spreadsheets, databases, best practices, and management skills you can use immediately. The tools presented will be geared toward small and midsize firms but also scalable for the larger firm platform. The Project Management KC also is offering two scholarships for young professionals to attend. Space is limited, and early registration is in effect until September 26, so register now. For more information and to register for the conference, visit the Project Management KC Web site.
