The house is laid out for view to canyon and sea. It is single loaded, with each room offering exposure to the west. The glazing receeds in planes from the canyon sun, deepening the façade, creating court between the two living areas of the bifurcated plan. Twenty-five feet wide, the house extends north and south within a narrow canyon pad.
