Submissions
The Honors & Awards department is proud to announce the
arrival of its on-line submissions for the 2008 Fellowship. The
deadline is now over but you can view the "Walk Through" to help
you prepare for submitting next year.

was for last year's program and should be used as a guideline
only. The updated version reflecting current submission
requirements for the 2009 submission cycle will be posted as soon
as possible.)

of July 31, 2007. We appreciate your patience with our
new on-line submission.

Fellowship
The AIA Fellowship program was developed to elevate those
architects who have made a significant contribution to architecture
and society and who have achieved a standard of excellence in the
profession. Election to fellowship not only recognizes the
achievements of the architect as an individual, but also honors
before the public and the profession a model architect who has made
a significant contribution to architecture and society on a
national level.
AIA College of Fellows
Eligibility
Architect members who have been in good standing for at least 10
years may be nominated for fellowship. Architect members may be
advanced to fellowship under guidelines set by the Board if they
have contributed notably to the advancement of the profession of
architecture.
Schedule
Nomination materials for the 2009 College of Fellows will be
electronically submitted by October 17, 2008. Please check
back for a link to the submission site. For more
