Proof of Compliance
PDUs shall be reported at the time of renewal and in the manner prescribed upon the license renewal form provided by the board.
PDUs may be audited by the board for verification of compliance with these requirements.

The licensee shall maintain evidence of compliance for 2 years after submission of the form to which it relates.

Non-Compliance Penalties
Failure to comply with these requirements shall result in non-renewal of the license.
In the event of revocation, cancellation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall be required to surrender his/her wall certificate immediately to the board.

Exceptions and Exemptions
A licensee shall not be subject to these requirements if during the current renewal period:

  • The licensee otherwise meets all renewal requirements and is a civilian called into active duty in the armed forces of the United States for a significant period of time.
  • The licensee is ill or disabled for a significant period of time or can demonstrate to the board other like hardship.
  • The licensee was initially issued their Wyoming license by examination.
