This is for all AIA/CES Providers that partner or enter into
sponsorship agreements with non-Providers to deliver programs and
that have been registered for AIA/CES credit. All Providers that
enter into an agreement with a non-Provider who is sponsoring or
advertising an event that includes registered programs must make
sure the advertisement is clear on whose behalf the programs have
been registered. Meaning, non-Providers cannot advertise their
sponsorship of events or programs that deliver credit unless they
CLEARLY state the name of the CES Provider(s) whose program(s) have
been registered. We make this statement to avoid misrepresentation
of non-Providers and to give proper credit to those Providers who
have taken the steps to become approved AIA/CES Providers. Please
be sure you pass this information along to all those in your
organization who work with non-Providers to create these
opportunities.
