AIA Documents A121™CMc–2003 and A131™CMc–2003 incorporate the general conditions of A201™–1997 by reference. A121CMc–2003 and A131CMc–2003 also require that the owner engage an architect to provide services in accordance with B151™–1997. A201–1997 and B151–1997 are retired on May 31, 2009, except for use with A121CMc–2003 and A131CMc–2003.
