This new service is developed in response to years of industry research, where we asked contractors, architects, lawyers, owners and other professionals what they need to help them develop and manage the contract documents for their businesses. This new version of our service harnesses online delivery capability to respond directly to these industry needs featuring a host of powerful new features and benefits. Some of these include:

Accessibility: Provides access to the AIA Contract Document library and all drafts and final documents anytime from anywhere with an internet connection and compatible with either a PC or Mac.

Security: Increased security features include secure log-in with two-factor authentication and state-of-the-art data encrypted communications and data storage to ensure safe and uninterrupted access.

Flexible: Provides users the option to work online or offline so that they can download a draft to a personal computer and continuing working offline (such as when traveling) and enables freedom to share and edit documents online among multiple parties from multiple locations without ever having to email documents.

Affordable: New purchase options offer users greater value and affordability so they can choose the level of access to contracts they need when they need it. These include:

    • “Bundles” - unlimited use of a select bundle of fully editable electronic documents most frequently used by profession, such as a contractor or an architect bundle.

    • “Pay-as-You-Go” - one-time purchase option of single, fully editable documents as needed, allowing users to pay as they go, instead of purchasing an annual subscription.

Easy to Use: This new service revolutionizes the way users select, draft, share and finalize documents.
