Online Purchase Instructions:

• Go to www.aia.org/contractdocs

• Select the online service type that best fits your business needs

    • Once you start the purchase process, it will ask you to set up an AIA.org account. If you already have an aia.org account, just log in with your AIA account information

    If your individual email address is registered with ABC, then, you should automatically receive the discount. However, if you use a company email on your ABC membership account, you will not automatically receive the email and you’ll have to contact Technical Support to verify your ABC membership including your ABC member number, company name, company phone number and zip code.

    If you want to renew a Docs100 license:
    (can only be renewed via phone by current customers):
    1. Call Technical Support at 800-942-7732 to place your Docs100 renewal over the phone.
    2. Provide your ABC member number, company name, company phone number and zip code for verification purposes.
    3. A Technical Support representative will create an AIA account and complete your purchase.

    AIA Technical Support: 800-942-7732. Technical Support can be reached Monday-Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time. Please provide your ABC member number, provide your company name, company phone number and zip code for verification purposes.

*The 10% discount is only available on new AIA Contract Documents online service product purchases. AIA Contract Document software can only be renewed by current software customers for the next 6-9 months. If an ABC member is already an AIA Contract Documents customer, they will be eligible for the 10% discount when they renew. The discount cannot be applied to paper or AIA Documents-on-Demand® purchases.
