OWP/P, Inc. offers architect-led design build services to clients
interested in a single-source delivery method. Highlights of 2007
include the completion of an $8,500,000 renovation of a hospital
surgical suite featuring 10 operating rooms for Ingalls Memorial
Hospital in Harvey, Illinois. This project broke ground in 2003 and
was built in multiple phases, one room at a time, keeping the
existing spaces in operation during the four-year construction
period. Keeping a surgical suite open during a four-year project
that renovated the entire space, including rebuilding the air
handling units, was an enormous challenge.

OWP/P Design/Build has also finished programming for a private
school in the Chicago area. This project is expected to start
design in the spring of 2008, and construction shortly thereafter,
as an architect-led design-build project.
