The American Institute of Architects Continuing Education System (CES) provides the best available professional development opportunities to our membership and related industry professionals. Provides leadership and direction to programs, services and strategies that facilitate the lifelong learning of current and prospective AIA members, including AIA Continuing Education Systems, architecture education, the Intern Development Program, resource development, and the AIA Honors and Awards Programs. Also, works closely with the AIA Education Committee.

Oversees program quality, development, and administration of the AIA Member records, CES Provider services, and the operations at the University of Oklahoma. Also serves as the Institute’s liaison on mandatory continuing education (MCE) related issues with state licensing boards and professional associations, both domestic and international. Manages EPIConnection.org.

Manages and coordinates all aspects of the AIA National Convention continuing education programming, including: program administration and management; education program content generation, selection, and recording educational learning units; publicizing and marketing continuing education programs; and managing the logistics for on-site delivery of workshops and seminars for The American Institute of Architects annual national convention and exposition.
