Proof of Compliance
You may download the CEPH log from the board website or send a written request to the TBAE office. It is your responsibility to obtain and maintain this annual log. You may also download the CE Guide and a Q&A on Sustainability and Continuing Education.
When renewing his/her annual registration, each Registrant shall sign the statement on the renewal form attesting to the Registrant's fulfillment of the mandatory continuing education program requirements during the preceding registration period.
A detailed record of the Registrant's continuing education activities shall be recorded annually using the online log or paper form provided by the Board.
Each Registrant shall retain proof of fulfillment of the mandatory continuing education program requirements and shall retain the completed form required by this subsection for a period of 5 years after the end of the registration period for which credit is claimed.
Please do not submit your CEPH log every year. Each registrant must sign a statement on the renewal form each year to verify completion of the required CEPH. A small percentage of registrants chosen at random will be audited each renewal period.
Non-Compliance Penalties
Upon written request, the Board may require a Registrant to produce documentation to prove that the Registrant has complied with the mandatory continuing education program requirements.
Failure to fulfill the annual continuing education program requirements may result in disciplinary action by the Board.
Any Registrant who is found to have reported false information regarding the Registrant's continuing education activities shall be subject to disciplinary action by the Board.
Exceptions and Exemptions
A registrant may be exempt from the continuing education requirements described in this subchapter for any of the following reasons (Please see the TBAE Web site to download an Exemption Application or a Request for Inactive Status Application):
