To register a course you would need to sign in as a provider on the Providers Page.

1. click on Create or edit a Course (Form A)

2. click on Create a New Form A

3. verify Course Contact Information

4. fill out Create Course Identification

5. click whether the course is one-time or ongoing

6. click Save Form and Continue

7. fill in 4 learning objectives

8. click Save Form and Continue

9. select the Core Area appropriate to the course.

10. click Save Form and Continue

11. if course is not HSW click No under Does this course qualify for HSW credit?

a. click Save Form and Continue

b. fill out the Instructional Format information

c. click Save Form and Continue

d. select Online Advertising Option

e. click Save Form and Continue

f. Review Form A summary

g. if information is correct click Submit Form to AIA, which is NOT the GREEN BUTTON.

h. email confirmation will be sent

12. if course is HSW select the appropriate HSW Category

13. click YES under Does this course qualify for HSW credit?

a. click Save Form and Continue

b. if course does not qualify for sustainable design click NO under Does this course qualify for SD credit

i. click Save Form and Continue

ii. fill out the Instructional Format information

iii. click Save Form and Continue

iv. select Online Advertising Option

v. click Save Form and Continue

vi. review Form A summary

vii. if information is correct click Submit Form to AIA, which is NOT the GREEN BUTTON.

viii. email confirmation will be sent

c. if course does qualify for sustainable design click appropriate categories under Select SD Categories, and and click YES under Does this course qualify for SD credit

i. click Save Form and Continue

ii. based on category(ies) you selected you will be asked to select topic under Select SD Topics

iii. click Save Form and Continue

iv. fill out the Instructional Format information

v. click Save Form and Continue

vi. select Online Advertising Option

vii. click Save Form and Continue

viii. review Form A summary

ix. if information is correct click Submit Form to AIA, which is NOT the GREEN BUTTON.

x. email confirmation will be sent
