The CES Team has been hard at work making some improvements to the Discovery system! Some of your most frequently asked for improvements will be available starting April 1. Upgrades include:

• Clearer Course submission interface – less boxes and confusing items when you add or edit a course

• Streamlined Course Search process – providers can search for their courses by status in the Course tab

• Course Status History table – see a historical list of your course’s progress through the approval process



• Email notifications – receive email notification each time your course status changes, including a comments section for you individualized feedback.

• Error messages when you leave out required item during course submission.

We are already working on future improvements including: improved site navigation, expanded reporting, clearer self-report submittal, and PDF attachments.
