Find Out if Members Received Credit
After providers submit credit they may want to know if the credit was posted to the members’ transcript. Within CES Discovery providers can see if transcripts were updated two different ways.
Over the years the AIA CES program has received complaints about the quality of educational programs offered by its providers. In an effort to ensure that standards are being met and maintained, AIA CES instituted an Assessment model to use as a tool to help providers remedy any issues that may have been reported.

CES Discovery Enhancements
The CES Team has been hard at work making some improvements to the Discovery system! Some of your most frequently asked for improvements will be available starting April 1. Upgrades include:
• Clearer Course submission interface – less boxes and confusing items when you add or edit a course
• Streamlined Course Search process – providers can search for their courses by status in the Course tab
Review of February 2011 Survey
Thank you to all Providers who participated in the CES Provider Connection February 2011 survey about your training program and needs. The majority of respondents were administrators for the program, but not necessarily the presenters of the courses. If administrators of the continuing education program are the ones to receive the CES Provider Connection, we ask that you forward it to the presenters in the field. For information about the survey, please review the power point results.
AIA/CES created a new survey where you will be asked what you would like included in the CES Provider Connection. The final result with your help is expected to be completed by late April 2011 and will be included in the next CES Provider Connection. We would strongly encourage you to participate!
