CES Discovery Upgrades - Improvements to Course Management Search Function and Display Button

As of July 18^th, providers will have the option to search for existing courses with improved course search filters. One filter is status. Potential status of a course could be all, inactive, or active, and within the status of all, and active, providers could also search for courses in a status of draft submission, pending admin approval, denied, or requires more information. Search results will be displayed in reverse chronological order.

Once the results are displayed providers can click on the course title to edit the course. Also, providers can click on the approval status from the search results to view a popup of course information which includes communication about the course between AIA/CES and the provider.

Also, we’ve heard your comments about what to display on the buttons on the course submission screens (i.e., course basics, course additional, etc.). As a result you will see improved navigation between the screens. When submitting a new course you will see previous and save and continue options to navigate away from the current page.
