Improvements to Course Management Search Function and Display Button

As of July 18th, providers will have the option to search for existing courses with improved course search filters. One filter is status. Potential status of a course could be all, inactive, or active, and within the status of all, and active, providers could also search for courses in a status of draft submission, pending admin approval, denied, or requires more information. Search results will be displayed in reverse chronological order.

No Form Bs

Unfortunately, we continue to receive course attendance forms in use before CES Discovery was launched in October 2010. These forms are not formatted for the CES Discovery system, and as a result they are rejected. If a firm or a provider representative submits these forms for attendance the members do not receive the credit. The AIA/CES Quality Assurance Manager will be notified to follow up on these submission errors with the provider of record for the courses.

If you are unsure of how to register a course or submit attendance, please review the tutorials posted to the CES Discovery home page.

Provider Trainings Available

Participate in the June 29th AIA Provider Webinar, or the July 19th Provider Workshop in Philadelphia.
