Course Description:
Quality assurance is of utmost importance in maintaining the high quality continuing education our members deserve. AIA/CES has in place, policies and procedures to help guide our Approved Providers on the road to excellent AIA/CES approved courses. Compliance with all policies and procedures of the AIA/CES Provider program is mandatory. Compliance allows you to remain a Provider in good standing and builds your reputation as a leader in continuing education by allowing you to maintain the AIA/CES approval. This course reviews important policy and procedural guidelines to help you learn and refresh your knowledge of CES Approved Provider Policy.
Learning Objectives:
1. Understand AIA/CES Approved Provider policies and procedures
2. Deliver high-quality continuing education courses
3. Navigate and use CES Discovery to register courses and report attendance
4. Execute CES Approved Provider duties in accordance with AIA/CES standards
5. Perform self-audits to ensure compliance with CES Quality Assurance guidelines
