Course Reviewer’s Corner

Check Out Course Category Definitions!
There are numerous categories under which your courses can fall under. Until now, there have not been specific definitions to go along with those categories. Many of you have expressed a desire for (to be given) a deeper understanding of what they mean.
After a long and careful process, we are happy to present the list of definitions for each of the categories. Multiple sources were used to arrive at these definitions.
The definitions can be found here: Course Topics and Definitions. I encourage every one of you to review them at your leisure, and please do not hesitate to offer any suggestions if you see any that can be improved, elaborated upon, or simplified based upon your own knowledge, insight and experience in your area of expertise.
In addition to sharing this information, I would like to thank those of you who attended the webinar “In the Mind of the Reviewer: What CES Looks for in a Course Submission” I gave on May 31. It was a great success with a good turnout, and we received many good questions from attendees. If you missed the opportunity and would still like to watch it, you can visit this link: http://krm.wmod.llnwd.net/a5718/o43/u/aiagen00350571/19085/aiagen-19085-05-31-12-stream.wmv.
Now that the calendar says it’s officially summer, may you all enjoy the wonderful weather and good times with family and friends the season brings!
