The Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA) have teamed up to take design-build project delivery to new heights!

This course will be delivered multiple times across country by one of the industry’s leading authorities:
Barry Bannett, AIA, DBIA, chairman of the AIA Design-Build Knowledge Community Advisory Group, and Special Advisory Member of DBIA’s National Board of Directors.

This workshop will address the use of design-build as a project delivery method, focusing on essential concepts and characteristics, as well as critical elements of the RFQ/RFP process and overall project management. It is an interactive, problem-solving course where attendees can take part in a structured team-learning environment.
