project delivery methods and strategies. This will help
participants select the proper delivery method for the project
thereby enabling everyone to be successful.
2. Participants will understand their roles and responsibilities
associated with the different delivery methods. This will allow
each participate to know what they are to do, how it will effect
them in the rendering of the services to the project.
3. Participants will be able to work in more collaborative
environments where each will be supportive of the other in order to
complete the project.
