Our industry is changing swiftly in response to natural, cultural, and economic forces. Trends in design tools, building technology, construction delivery methods, and sustainable practice are converging toward a common path. Join us for this two-day conference, which will provide a well-rounded exploration of the application of building information modeling (BIM)-related technologies, integrated project delivery, advanced design, and building technologies to achieve sustainable practices.

It will be held in Boston on May 13–14, 2008, immediately preceding the AIA 2008 National Convention. Presentation proposals have been juried already and we are looking forward to another diverse and useful program. Conference registration is open. The conference will be presented by the Technology in Architectural Practice Knowledge Community and cosponsored by the AIA Integrated Practice Discussion Group, with the support of the AIA Committee on Building Science and Performance and the AIA Committee on the Environment.
