Have you seen this year's IDP Outstanding
Firm?
The AIA is seeking firms that have shown an exemplary commitment to
the professional development of its interns.
What is an IDP Outstanding Firm?
An IDP Outstanding Firm is one that has demonstrated excellence in
support of its interns through an in-house program that includes
training opportunities, mentoring, continuing education programs
and commitment to the Intern Development Program (IDP).
What does an IDP Outstanding Firm look
like?
IDP Outstanding Firms come in all shapes and sizes. Some are small
(1-9 employees) or medium (10-49 employees) while others are large
(50+ employees). One finalist will be selected from each size
category. An overall winner will be selected from the three
finalists.
I've seen a firm provide outstanding support to its
interns! What should I do?
