Each year the American Institute of Architects’ Committee on the Environment (COTE) invites architects and designers to submit sustainable designs for the annual Top Ten Green Projects competition. Entries are judged based on overall design, as well as by a set of ten measures and supporting metrics such as land use, bioclimatic design, energy flow, and community connectivity.
