	AIA Leadership Conference at Convention

Architects signed up for the AIA Leadership Conference at Convention made the decision to expand their leadership development in new directions. Through a skills survey, participants learned to practice skills that enhance leadership experiences. Through face to face discussions and hands-on activities, participants tackled group problem solving, negotiating and analyzed how they can improve positive, constructive behaviors and skills.
