About the AIA Library and Archives

As part of the AIA’s reevaluation of information delivery to our members, the AIA’s traditional library services are no longer available. This includes circulation of books, copies of articles, answers to research questions, and in-person visits. Limited access to the AIA’s Rare Books and Serials may be available by advance arrangement.

The eKnowledge Web initiative, Soloso, now provides a unique environment in which our members will find information and share knowledge as it relates to the practice of architecture. Images from the Audiovisual Collection are also available through Soloso.  Tthe Audiovisual Collection no longer rents videos, DVDs, and slide shows.

The AIA Archives contains the records of the AIA since 1857. Click here for more information on the archive.
