An Interview with David H. Hart, AIA, on Public Owners Working with Government
David H. Hart, AIA, executive director, Capitol Preservation Board of the Utah State Capitol Complex, discusses working with government agencies and public owners. He answers questions related to improving infrastructure, enforcing building codes, and how leaders can use green certification systems to increase environmental accountability.

Up to twelve submissions will be selected annually to be recognized as Diversity Best Practices. All individuals submitting a proposal must sign the waiver/release form.
