In this podcast, we’ll talk about the launch of several groundbreaking new AIA Contract Documents (known as the “Version 4.3” release) and their significance to the construction industry.

Ken Cobleigh is managing director and counsel of AIA Contract Documents. Ken works with a team of lawyers, specialists, and the AIA Documents Committee to develop and publish the AIA Contract Documents and to support AIA Contract Document users. Before joining the AIA, Ken was in private practice for 18 years as a construction attorney in Maryland.
