Michael Graves, as architects, designers, builders—and now Target shoppers also—know, is a superstar of the architecture and design professions. Since he founded his practice in 1964, Michael Graves & Associates (the architecture and interior design practices) has designed more than 350 buildings worldwide. The Michael Graves Design Group (the product and graphic design practices) has designed more than 2,000 products, including both building components such as lighting, hardware, bath, and kitchen products, and a wide variety of furniture and other consumer products for home, office, and personal use.
