Peter L. Heimbach, Jr., AIA, NCARB, LEED AP - BC + D is the newly appointed Assistant Commissioner of Real Property Administration for the state of Tennessee. Peter has been civically engaged for much of his career and is a strong advocate for the profession. He has held many leadership roles in AIA Tennessee, including President of AIA Northeast Tennessee. He has been the Tennessee State Government Network representative since 2005 and currently serves on the Board Advocacy Committee for 2010-2011. Before moving to his new role with the State of Tennessee, Peter was a project manager for Beeson, Lusk and Street, Inc. Architects since 1998.
