Player

In this podcast, Erin Costino, Assoc. AIA,Georges Dyckes and Mike Meredith discuss California’s new prison health care facility. The 2,855-bed California Health Care Facility in Stockton, California is the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s new prison health care facility and their first design/build project. With their security barriers, doors, locks and electronics, prison projects are complex enough. As licensed health care facilities, these projects have an added layer of complexity. In this podcast and in the upcoming conference presentation, you will hear about the challenges and successes of delivering this complex facility.
