Karen Compton is Principal of A3K Consulting—a California based business development and strategic planning firm specializing in the built environment. Ms. Compton has more than 14 years experience as a business development professional in the fields of architecture, engineering and construction. She and her team of functional specialists work in collaboration with partners, principals and presidents of organizations to create results-oriented business plans and tactical marketing plans that reflect an organization’s long- and short-term goals. Their approach critically examines all impact areas including finance/accounting, human resources, and business development/marketing.
