Rick Lincicome is Chief Executive Officer of Ellerbe Becket, one of the world’s oldest and largest design firms. He is the 11th person to lead the firm, which was founded nearly 100 years ago in St. Paul, Minnesota. The company has projects underway on three continents and is well known for its expertise in healthcare, sports, energy plants and mission critical facilities, higher education, workplace/interiors and corporate/mixed use developments. “We’re not striving to be the biggest,” says Lincicome, “Just the best!” He has been with Ellerbe Becket for 30 years. Prior to becoming CEO, he was the firm’s president from 1998 to 2001. He also has served as the company’s president of architecture and director of the Washington, D.C. and New York offices.
