Cliff S. Moser is a principal in the Healthcare Studio of RTKL Associates. With 30 years of experience in architecture and construction, Cliff brings a passion for service and delivered quality to the profession of design and construction. He is a registered architect in Pennsylvania and California. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is also the 2008 chair-elect of American Society for Quality (ASQ) Design and Construction Division and is a member of the Lean Construction Institute (LCI).

Cliff also serves on the advisory group of the AIA Practice Management Knowledge Community (PMKC) and as co-editor of its Practice Management Digest, a Web-based periodical featuring articles on the processes, procedures, and policies involved in running a firm/project and creating a safe and sustainable built environment.

Cliff is dedicated to continuous quality improvement and sustainability in design and construction. In 2004 he received a master's degree in Quality Assurance from California State University Dominguez Hills. His master's thesis was "Designing, Creating and Implementing Balanced Scorecard Guidelines for the Architectural Firm." He is writing the "Quality Management in Practice" section of The Architect's Handbook of Professional Practice, 14th edition.

Michael Strogoff
, AIA, is an architect and an advisory group member to AIA’s Practice Management Knowledge Community. He is a former managing principal of a 40-person architecture firm. Since 1996, he has been serving the profession as a practice management consultant based in Mill Valley, Calif. Michael has been guiding architectural and engineering firms through the ownership and leadership transition process, develops valuations of firms, and operates Confidential Clearinghouse for Mergers and Acquisitions.
