Consensus Construction Forecast

Enhance your ability to plan for changing business conditions with the AIA’s Consensus Construction Forecast.

The AIA Economics and Market Research group provides AIA members with insights and analysis of the economic factors that shape the business of architecture.

Twice a year, AIA Chief Economist Kermit Baker, PhD, Hon. AIA, assembles a panel to provide a consensus forecast of nonresidential construction activity over the upcoming six months. In addition, each panel member provides his or her own forecast. View the interactive Consensus Construction Forecast and compare consensus to the forecast of various panel members.
