Brett Charles Taylor, AIA | Notes of Interest
As a project manager at SOM, he ensures that design details are fully integrated and enables a smooth and cost-efficient construction process. Critical to an environment that fosters collaboration among the workforce, the attention Brett gives to his work is exemplified by his ability to listen to what is required and then utilize his vast knowledge of work space to accomplish the goal.
He continues to provide leadership within his profession and his community. His efforts are expressed in his determination to support civic initiatives and reach audiences within and beyond the architecture community. He is an extraordinary individual who has selflessly dedicated much of his personal time and skills to working with Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago, a national nonprofit organization that helps to improve the homes and communities of elderly, disabled, and low-income residents so they may continue to live in warmth, safety, and comfort.
