About the International Committee

To promote excellence in the international practice of architecture; to serve as a resource to members by disseminating information in international markets, practice and design; to develop expertise in international policy and trade issues in order to advise AIA on international practice; to facilitate and enhance the international practices of the membership; and to foster relationships with architects abroad.

Goals

To communicate with the knowledge community and AIA members to provide current, relevant information on international business practices, educational and market opportunities, and related national and international organizations.

To maintain and expand relations with international and national organizations.
