Motion:

1. The PPC considers its work on the Client/Architect Agreement successfully accomplished as soon as the Guideline on Scope of Practice is fully developed, which will be part of the Agreement.

1. The PPC refers the negotiations on publication, costing, and licensure with FIDIC to the UIA Bureau and UIA Council.

1. The PPC refers the planning of a launching event of the Agreement to the UIA Communication Committee.
