This includes relevant research on characteristics, planning, and costs associated with innovative design for aging. In addition, DFA provides outcome data on the value of these design solutions and environments.

Long-Term Living 2010 Webinar Series
Call for Presentations

The 2010 Long-Term Living Webinar Series will be comprised of 8, 60-minute webinars offering valuable content to architects, developers, owners, facilities managers, design professionals, product manufacturers, and government officials and each will explore new ideas for creating appealing and supportive places for people as they age. The Long-Term Living Webinar Series is founded and produced by Vendome Group LLC (publishers of Long Term Living magazine), The Center for Health Design, SAGE, the AIA Design for Aging Knowledge Community and the American Society of Interior Designers.

    Offers glimpse at best practices and emerging ideas in senior living design. Unlike conventional research, data mining does not impose the structure of pre-determined questions, but rather elicits questions from the data that may offer insights into underlying patterns and evolving trends.
