Mentoring Essentials for IDP Supervisors and Mentors is an online version of the IDP supervisor and IDP mentor training program originally released by the AIA in March 2007. The workbook describes the basic requirements of the Intern Development Program (IDP), including the definition of the IDP supervisor and IDP mentor roles, and applies those standards to firm settings. It also summarizes resources available to IDP supervisors and IDP mentors for use in assisting interns with their internship requirements.
