AIA components are always looking for new ways to engage emerging professionals. Quality programming that supports an intern on his or her path to licensure is an excellent way to illustrate the benefits of AIA membership.  The Emerging Professional's Companion is full content that is relevant to today's practice and can be developed easily into exciting programs for young members. Finally, components are encouraged to contact their IDP State Coordinator for assistance in providing programs and tools for interns in their components.
