OUR VISION:

The vision of the Chesapeake Bay Chapter of the American Institute of Architects is to further the development and value of the profession, foster collegiality and networking among architects in our region, support professional licensure, promote ethical practices, advocate for codes and regulations that govern the quality of the built environment, educate the community, and provide architectural services that enhance the quality of life for all people.

OUR HISTORY:

HAVE YOU RENEWED YOUR DUES?

We understand this is a challenging time for our members, as it is for us as a chapter. While we are unable to present live learning programs at this time, we are continuing efforts to keep you informed of on-line webinars, educational programs, practice resources, and general government and business continuance advice. 2020 is a unique year, and our work on a national, state and local level continues so you can stay advised, stay working, and stay healthy.

We rely on your dues to continue bringing you updated information. Although the dues renewal deadline of April 28th has passed, you may still renew until the end of 2020 to avoid a lapse in membership. And, AIA has extended the Dues Installment Program opt-in from April 30 to June 30 - members' installments will be charged monthly until August 31, and the $40 processing fee is being waived.

If you are experiencing financial hardship but do not wish to relinquish your involvement in AIA, please contact us. We value you as a member - and we join in the sentiment of the times by saying, we're all in this together, and we will get through this!
