Many Owners are now shifting traditional sustainability coordination efforts from Architects of Record to Consultants who specialize in sustainability and may or may not be architects. During this webinar, attendees will learn about the AIA’s new C204™-2020 Scope of Services for Consultants providing Sustainable Project Services, including: responsibilities of the Sustainable Projects Consultant; involvement during Procurement; flow- down of sustainability requirements to other parties; and the expansive table of Supplemental Services. Presenters will also share updates about the Sustainable Projects Guide, D503™-2020.
